Job brief

You are positioned with different clients for missions of varying lengths in accordance with your wishes.

You will be responsible for the management of the Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and will be responsible for the following projects :

• Evolution, automation, migration, transformation of data to the FIA management software packages
• Support team (or CDS)
• Collection of functional requirements from the back-office for the implementation of new functionalities in FIA (eFront), in particular workflows, consistency checks, specific reports, developments and corrections of certain PROD anomalies
• Test and validate the export of data from the Unlisted to the data counter
• Specify, test and validate the evolutions, the binary assemblies, the reports and the necessary extractions (from Front Report / efront DWH)
• Carry out the import of data into FIA (eFront): import of valuations

Responsabilities

• Your expertise is based on your in-depth knowledge of asset management and, in particular, private equity, knowledge of FIAs, financial markets and regulations. It also includes your knowledge and technical skills in information systems and in particular the following software packages :
  • BlackRock eFront
  • Domos FS
• You will provide your client with efficient support and advice thanks to your expertise, your consultancy posture and your project management methodology.
• You analyze the needs, you translate them to the technical teams through the expression of business needs, the writing of specifications, the writing of general and technical specifications, and the animation of recurrent meetings.
• You manage and monitor projects.

Skills

• You have held positions in support, business analyst, project manager or tool expert.
• You have a particular interest in finance but also in the world of consulting, you understand the added value of an external consultant to a client and you wish to accompany him/her in these evolutions.
• We are looking for profiles with 3 years of experience or more, as well as experienced profiles (7 years or more) who wish to invest and evolve within a human-sized firm that is recognised by its clients.
