Job brief
You are positioned with different clients for missions of varying lengths in accordance with your wishes.
Your assignments will include these projects:- Optimisation of existing systems and tools
- Deployment of a new Electronic Document Management (EDM) solution
- Project to dematerialise documents / Automatic Document Reading (ADR) / Automatic Document Recognition (ADR)
- Project to improve the management of members’ requests through dematerialisation.
- Deployment of business processes
Responsabilities
- Your expertise will be based on your in-depth knowledge of the Health, Personal Insurance and Provident Funds sectors, as well as your knowledge and technical skills in information systems and management tools. This may involve the following management tools :
- Activ’Infinit
- Graphtalk AIA
- Or a dematerialisation solution: Itesoft.
- You support and advise your client in an efficient manner thanks to your expertise, your consultant’s posture and the project management methodology in V cycle or Agile.
- You will analyse the needs and translate them to the technical teams through specifications, writing specifications and leading recurring meetings. You manage and monitor projects. You participate in the design and validation of prototypes. You will implement an integration strategy (CI, MVI), approval (recipes, tests, etc.) and deployment.
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the project and will be responsible for the implementation of the project and the development of the project management system.
Skills
- You have held positions as a Business Analyst, Project/Program Manager, Product Owner, Project Management Assistant, GED Business Unit Assistant or Support Assistant.
- You have a particular interest in the world of consulting, you understand the added value of an external consultant to a client and you wish to accompany him/her in these evolutions.
- You have the following knowledge:
- Health: RO – RC, PEC, GED, PEC, health benefits, enrolment, contract life, mutual insurance, reimbursement, third party payment, Noemie
- Individual and group provident schemes

- Your strength is your rigour, knowledge and application of project management methodology, clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
- We are looking for profiles with at least 2 years of experience, one of which must be significant in the health insurance/pension business and ideally in the field of dematerialisation.
- We are also looking for more experienced profiles with between 3 and 7 years’ experience and a proven knowledge of the sector’s businesses combined with participation in a dematerialisation project. Finally, you wish to invest yourself and evolve within a human-sized firm that is recognised by its clients.
