Job brief
You are positioned with different clients for missions of varying lengths in accordance with your wishes.
Your assignments will include these projects: Analysis of business expertise on the following aspects: Third-party payment, healthcare networks & agreements, regulations and settlement rules- Migration of contracts
- Project management and acceptance
- Business relations: IS referent for the health sector for the business teams
- Analysis of existing business processes and improvement
- Development of management indicators
- Project to overhaul the processes for subscribing to a health / provident contract
- Project to set up a “claims and benefits declaration” functionality
- Implementation of a new management system
- Implementation of a new supplementary scheme offer
- Management of a health IS project: – e.g.: 100% Health project
Responsabilities
- Your expertise is based on your in-depth business knowledge in Health, Personal Insurance and Provident Funds, but also on your knowledge and technical skills in information systems and management tools. These may include the following tools
- CLEVA
- Activ’Infinit
- Graphtalk AIA
- You support and advise your client in an efficient manner thanks to your expertise, your consultancy posture and the V cycle or Agile project management methodology.
- You will analyse the needs and translate them to the technical teams through specifications, writing specifications and leading recurring meetings. You manage and monitor projects. You participate in the design and validation of prototypes. You will implement an integration strategy, approval (receipts, tests, etc.) and deployment.
- And finally, and this is an important point, you support the business teams in the change of their working environment.
Skills
- You have held positions as a project manager, business analyst, product owner or positions of greater responsibility such as project manager or IS site manager.
- You have a particular interest in the Health – Life and Health Insurance – Provident sectors as well as in the world of consulting, you understand the added value of an external consultant to a client and you wish to accompany them in these developments.
- You have expertise in the following areas :
- Health: RO – RC, PEC, GED, PEC, health benefits, healthcare networks, third party payment, DSN
- Individual and group provident schemes
- Life insurance: IARD …
- Your strength is your rigour, knowledge and application of project management methodology, clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
- We are looking for profiles with at least 2 years of experience, one of which must be significant in the health insurance/pension business and ideally in the field of dematerialisation.
- We are looking for junior profiles with at least one year’s experience, more intermediate profiles with between 3 and 7 years’ experience in one of the above-mentioned sectors and areas, and finally senior profiles with more than 7 years’ experience. You wish to invest yourself and evolve within a human-sized firm that is recognised by its clients.
